All items will be shipped after the payment is cleared. We only ship by USPS Priority Mail. We will pay for delivery confirmation to ensure the item is delivered to your address.

PRODUCT RETURNS
From the receipt of your order, you must notify us by e-mail within 10 days if you are not satisfied with the specimen sent. In that case, we will coordinate the return of the samples. We are not liable for shipping damages. Once the order is return we will refound the full amount minus shipping cost.
